  1. Hi Nathan,
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, India. However, I completed this course way back in 1999. And from then until now i have been working in administrative positions. I understand, in order to attempt the CMA exams I need to be an IMA member. Will they give me a membership considering that i am not currently studying at a University.

    Your advise will be appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Sandra

    1. Hi Sandra,

The IMA can provide you with a membership even if you are not enrolled in a university. The cost will be a little higher though as it will be the professional membership. Click here for more information.

  2. Hi nathan ,
could i ask you about that there are many places in my area (Cairo,Egypt) make many offers to us to teach CMA to us as a course that take 3-6 months and we have to pay for
(1-the course 2-the IMA mempership 3-the test fee ). So, what exactly that i have to pay and what that i can voide .

    1. Abdallah,

The IMA membership fee, exam entrance fee, and the exam fee are mandatory. You can get more information about the exact fees on the Become a CMA page.

It is highly advised to purchase a review course and either take a live class or study on your own. Whichever fits your needs.
